The survivor flashlight is a waste of my money!!! Not close to what the ad shows.. Ill give it about 200 lumens, not 10,000 lumens like the ad says.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! If I could do a negative 5 stars I would-My order was labeled and shipped to an address in a completely different part of my state NOT THE ADDRESS I USED WHEN ORDERING and their so called customer service wants me to contact the carrier and see where my package is-I didn’t give the the carrier the wrong address the company did so therefore I’m not going to do customer services work for them—THATS WHY THEY ARE CALLED “CUSTOMER SERVICE” but it is very obvious they don’t know how to serve their customers If the company can’t right THEIR wrong then I will never order from them again and I definitely will never recommend them to anyone!!!!

I ordered from an ad in Atlas Earth that promised a huge flashlight made of metal that could break rocks and catch paper on fire! What I received was three small, plastic flashlights that are cheap and crappy. No case with any extras, just three little boxes with three small flashlights. I immediately emailed for a refund but haven’t heard anything from this company. Highly disappointed!

The flashlight does not do what it says it will…..it is bright smaller than shown in adds starts afire lol forget that buyer beware

Purchased 4 flashlights that were advertised on their website. They were junk and didn't even come close to the illustration used to sell this product. Don't purchased anything from this website. It's false and misleading advertisements.

You can improve by refunding everyone's money that you have robbed from them with your bait and switch ads. That I heard was a crime

I ordered a flashlight, June 20th 2026. Today is July 30th 2026. I still have not gotten the flashlight and there has been 6 attempts to contact someone, and get my order. There has been no response to any of my emails asking where my order is. Gary Backman Jr

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 2 flashlights. I did not receive them, I investigated and found They mislabeled the address. It went to someone else. They refused to admit their mistake. Refused to refund. Or replace. Customer service won't help, I've been trying to deal with them for a weeks. They take your money, then you can't get the item. AGAIN, DON'T ORDER FROM HERE
