I ordered 3 flashlights. I have no idea how they work. I never received my order. They sent me tracking information which I followed. There was no updates for several weeks and then all of a sudden it said delivered 07/10/2026. Says it was delivered to a parcel locker. No one can tell me what this is or where it is. Tracking company says they can’t tell they only track package. I emailed Service department multiple times. They say I have to deal with shipping company. They said it was U S Postal company and gave me a tracking number that was well over 20 numbers long. U S Postal service uses a 22 digit number. They were not able to help me. I asked multiple times for the company to send me a replacement order or a refund. They state they show order was delivered and would not do anything for me. I asked multiple times to elevate this and ask for managers contact information, they refused to elevate or provide management I formation . The charges went to a business not the one advertise, and the mailing address on website is another company name. It appears to be a scam. I would recommend staying away from this business. I would loved to have tried the flashlights out. But the company, has no intention of making things right. I hope this gets posted, have a feeling it won’t.

This company is the largest bait and switch company I have ever seen in my life. The ad showed a flashlight that went from fingertips to the elbow. It showed a light that could extend it said over a mile. When I received mine, it was no more than five or 6 inches long. It’s light was no stronger than a flashlight you can buy in a dollar store. This company is the most deceitful company I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. You’re not allowed to return it after you find out their deception.

Junk scammer. Should have looked here sooner! 2 orders, neither was right, led flashlghts. Now I have 4 small “tactical “ lights, not the 2 ordered and the 2 large survival lights promised. $125~ learning lesson

This product is shit!!! Not military grade I could get a flashlight at dollar general that’s better than this. Totally misleading ad!! I am going to talk to my attorney general to see what can be done. I can’t believe I sent 30.00 dollars on this piece of shit!!!

What a scam I ordered two of these military grade Flashlite, supposed to come in a case and I get two cheap plastic things I can break with my hand. I turned it into my credit card and to a lawyer because they won’t answer back.

I ordered it it came as a very small flashlight that doesn't light up very much it is a lost leader.

I order 3 of these lights. They were delivered to an address that was not mine. Not the post office’s fault, Teachbags put the wrong address. Customer service told me they showed it was scanned and delivered and stopped talking to me when I was adamant that it was the wrong address. So like a dumb *ss I order them again, they were to be Christmas gifts. They did come. The flashlights do not come in that fancy black box, nor do they have a bright light. I’m so disappointed with this whole situation. I would have given 0 stars if that had been a option.

I was at first excited to be getting this product that I seen on their advertisement but when I finally got the product it was nothing like what was advertised and they will not refund my $156.00 as I bought multiple to get a better discount. This product is a SCAM. Do not believe the advertisement.
