THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! I ORDERED A VERY NICE LOOKING FLASHLIGHT & CASE?? I RECEIVED IT A MONTH AFTER I ORDERED IT & IT WAS NOTHING BUT A CHEAP PLASTIC MAYBE 4 INCHES LONG.. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY,THEY OFFER ME 50% OFF OR I COULD SEND IT BACK BUT IT WOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE?? I CHOSE THE 50% OFF & IT HAS BEEN A MONTH TRYING TO GET THAT?? I'VE SENT SO MANY MESSAGES & EMAILS & YOU GUESSING IT NO RESPONSE!!! I'M A DISABLED PERSON & THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR ME.. BOY WAS I WRONG!! MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE OUT THERE I WOULD DEFINITELY BY ANY MEANS ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! VERY,VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER !!! I GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH Product never received; it's been over 2 months to find out info and Tracking info is slow. When it finally got to USPS, the postage was not correct. Teachbags' email said to contact USPS, and I was to pay the postage. The USPS will not allow the customer to pay for postage due to mail fraud. The package will not be sent or returned, and I'm out of money, as it's been too long to pull back payment. TOTAL waste of money and time... I learned my lesson and please spread the word. Nothing like the torch advertised. For starters is was the size of the palm of my hand not the torch that showed fingertips to elbow of a grown man. Cheap plastic body not the tough smash a rock run over with a car model shown in the ad. Nothing but a RIPOFF

“I purchased a torch from Teachabag after seeing their online advertisement. The product I received was significantly different from what was shown and described in the ad. I contacted customer service but was not satisfied with the response. Buyers should carefully research before purchasing.”

Their ads are out right lies. They claim the light is made of titanium and aluminum but in reality what you get is a 6 inch plastic piece of shit. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a flashlight from them started checking the tracking app on the product and the package was in transit. The app updated on 8/3/2026 saying it had been delivered on 7/27/26. I received no package I e-mailed back and forth with them, but the bottom line is I got no package and they kept my money. I gave them a 1 because it would not let me give a zero or negative number.

I ordered three of the 990,000 lumen flashlights. They sent three small flashlights I've been trying to get a return label since July 9th it is now August 10th they keep giving me the runaround

Ordered paid in full, charged for other items not ordered. Order adjusted accordingly. Never arrived softer supplying tracking number. Contacted, denied even ordering it. Yet to hear back where it went, ripped off!
