The super bright 2 is a rip off. It's 6" long, does not come with attachment for "lens focusing, fire starting". A total waste of money

I would rate this a zero, but that wasn't a choice. This site is a scam; false marketing tactics. It claims the flashlight can start fires, be seen for miles, and is a heavy-duty survival flashlight. Their ads show a truck running it over, it being dropped in water and more. When it arrives, if it does, you will receive a plastic cheap dollar store rechargeable flashlight. DO NOT place an order unless you want to be ripped off. I got hold of my bank right away when I checked into it further and was lucky to be reimbursed the whole cost. When you go to their website looking for the flashlight, you will see that it no longer shows the flashlight. If you play mobile games, that is where you will see ads for it. If you send them an email it will come back as undeliverable, if you go to their site and click support and fill out the form, you will not receive an answer, they ignore all contacts. Run from this company as fast as you can.

This is bate and switch. I ordered the 2026 updated flashlight and they gave me the little flashlight. Not just once but twice. I hope attorney general will prosecute. I know I can’t be the only one.

False advertisement. They show a flashlight that you'll never get. They give you a cheap plastic one. Your refund could be 30% back to you credit card. Or send back and pay $20 for shipping

Size of light in advertising is a total lie. Not nearly as much light as represented.

Please explain to me why I did not get the item I ordered twice from your website. I ordered a 2026 New Super Bright LED tactical flashlight with case. image.png I assumed at the great price I got it that the case and magnification lens were extra and it would give me an opportunity to order the other items. No such option existed but still it was a good price for the flashlight alone. My first order arrived. (Order # YAAR38598) It was a cheap knockoff flashlight and certainly not the flashlight I ordered nor was it worth the money I spent. I assumed it was my fault and I had ordered wrong. So I completed a second order (Order # YAAR20271) verifying I was ordering the correct flashlight. Again I received a cheap substitute, not the correct flashlight. This one arrived from a personal home stateside address? And that point I assumed your company was using a "bait and switch" tactic or just plain false advertising. Can you explain what went wrong?

These are not the flashlights I received. What I got was small cheap things that barely lit up.

I ordered the flashlight and received a “low end” version of what I thought I was getting. Very poor quality. The charger is a usb connector that doesn’t match with the light, so it cannot be charged. This is fraudulent advertising and I’ll never order from this company again. Beware!
