This company is a scam i wrote over 20 emails begging for help to receive my order and after getting a phony tracking number and information that claim they would help me receive my order and after several Phoney tracking numbers information i was told by there customer service best regards 🤬💩 and got shit on and after me begging for help and a refund this company stop,,, can i repeat stop emailing me and reaching out to communicate leaving me without my order and stealing my money 💰 this is a scam there is no flashlight its all AI this comes from over seas china Save yourself the headache there only out to steal your money with phoney tracking numbers UPS cant help because they Don't use a UPS TRACKING ACCOUNT there customer service will 🖕give you the middle finger and cut your communication and will not help BIG SCAM

This flashlight is NOT what you see in the advertisement at all. It is way smaller and super cheap and does NOT do anything beyond your regular flashlight. False advertising! Don’t waste your money.

I can’t believe this site is still allowed to operate. The site is completely misleading and a total scam. They promote a flashlight that is Very large and so bright you can start fires with it. When you try to purchase this product the checkout procedure tricks you into ordering more than you intended. Then you receive a small 5 inch plastic cheaply made flashlight. This site is a total fraud. Stay away from it. As soon as I realized the site charged me twice what I intended to purchase I immediately contacted customer support to cancel my order. About an hour later I got an email response saying they couldn’t cancel my order because it already shipped. Really?

I ordered a Tactical flashlight with fire starting capability, what I received in the mail like 20 days later was 4 small led flashlights and 2 Holsters that I didn't order, and no fire starting lenses. Not only did I not get what I ordered from them, this company added all that to my account. I had to change my banking information so I wouldn't order from Teachbags.

Ordered flashlights 2 months ago and never received them. Efforts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Do not order from this company. They are dishonest!

They advertised the super bright led flashlight. When checking out at cart they have hidden fee $10 that is not mentioned prior to that point. I ordered anyway and received the led flashlight approximately 1 week later through USPS. What I received was a very small typical led flashlight approximately. It was not even close to advertised flashlight. I contacted the seller lupoua.com of the issue and they were really quick with replies. They requested copy of receipt, item and shipping label. They apologized and offered me 30%, then 40%, and finally a 50% refund. I told them no each time and then reported the issue to PalPal. Thank goodness I used PayPal because, PayPal immediately refunded me the total cost. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TEACHABAG

The same thing that is happening to the other 500 people that was scammed from this, should illegal to advertise like that! SORRY! Not an honest merchant!!!

Those torches can definitely not light a fire like they show in the advertisement, it's BS.Its a great torch but don't but for fire starting ability,it's blatant lies bordering on a scam
