I purchased the 2-pack with the case, contacted customer service to verify that it would be with the case. She assured me that it would be exactly what I purchased. I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!! And after MULTIPLE times trying to contact customer service again, I was GHOSTED!! The never responded!! WHAT A SCAM!!!!

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE PROMOTIONAL VIDEO SHOWED. PLASTIC TOY TORCH IS WHAT WAS SENT. IT CANNOT START A FIRE, IT'S NOT MADE OF ALUMINIUM, IT'S ABOUT HALF THE SIZE OF THE ONE IN THE VIDEO. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM LIKE I DID.

Company advertises a completely different product than what is delivered. Cheap junk flashlights made entirely of plastic not metal, no case, no extra lens as advertised, no email support, lies abound. Don't waste your time on this company... Bogus is not nearly a strong enough comment. To Make this right they need to send the right product that was paid for. Cs and support emails bounce back as undeliverable.

Just a total rip off. Nothing near in the video. Would rate 0 but can't. Fix please.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! The flashlights I received looked like they came from THE DOLLAR STORE. They are literally about 6 inches long. VERY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS SO YOU ARE NOT SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

I bought 2 of these, supposedly, in a case and 3 extra, not in a case. I did not get a case for any of them. Also they were advertised to come with a special lens to help start a fire, they did not come with a special lens. The advertisement was misleading as it showed a very strong flashlight and the one I got was very flimsy plastic. I'm very disappointed. What I got I could have gotten at dollar general.

Should have checked them out online before ordering!!! Received significantly inferior and incomplete products (8) compared to what was advertised and ordered. They also added extra items (ordered 5 but they changed it to 8) at additional cost. Very disappointed in them and myself for being scammed.
