My fault for believing this scam. As others have observed, they advertise a completely different flashlight than what you get. Not the “military grade” “tactical survival” flashlight they advertise but a cheep little light maybe worth couple bucks. Truly a complete ripoff! Unfortunately now they have my contact info and I’ll be looking over my shoulder at credit card receipts!!

I ordered over $140 worth of products from these people. The US Postal Service delivered it to an unknown address. The US Postal Service stated that this happens because this company tries to cut quarters and save money and send everybody’s package out under one mailing label. After emailing the company I have had no success in getting a refund or having the product reset to me. Very displeased with this experience.

This is not the flash light you will get. You will receive a smaller flashlight without fire starting capabilities. I’ve tried 3 times and have not gotten the bigger flashlight. Scam.

I kept looking around to see if i could find the cracker jacks box even bout blame my kids from stealing them lol i paid 60 sum odd dollars for 2 lights i should have kept my money and went to dollar and got some flashlights they worse than temu and i thought gaed

This is a totally scam, ordered their tactical survival torch and received a toy that you would buy from a toy store. Nothing like what was advertised. Do not go near this site.

Absolutely horrid customer service. They gave me the runaround several times and for several weeks. I had ordered some flashlights for father's day for my dad and brother and soent almost 100 dollars on the products only to have them not show up..no footage on the ring doorbell cam or any of my neighbors cams, i checked with ups, usps, and fedex to see if they had delivered the products. I also filed a mossing package request at the post office all to no avail..they asked me to do this several times and i did with zero results the package simply didnt arrive. So.when i called to ask for a new shipment they said keep checking for the package 7 times they told me to do this but again no package arrived or was received. I then ask to speak with a manager and they refused that request i then asked for a refund which one person said they would initiate and to expect a call from them the following day and after 3 days i called back again and spoke witha lady that basically told me i was shit out of luck and that it was delivered and they wouldnt offering a refund or store credit on their site a new delivery nothing basically calling me a liar and that they do not even offer refunds and told me if i wanted the flashlights she would process a new order for me but after the terrible customer I received from her especially, i wish i would have remembered her name so i could call her out specifically but unfortunately i dont, i told her i would never do business with them again and i would spread the word everywhere i could to not do business with Teachabags as they are theives and liars. I wish i could give zero stars or negative stars if possible absolutely horrible service and company
