I would give lower if I could. I never received the flashlight even though their "tracking" showed it was delivered. I contacted them and was told the item was delivered to my mailbox. SCAM. They stole my money.

If I could give a zero I would we ordered the main product we wanted and th check out ends up adding on to it. We got the "mistake" part of the order but not what we really ordered. Customer service has been ZERO help over 6 emails. Do NOT waste your money!!!

The worst false and misleading advertising I have ever experienced. Ordered two but they added another 3 plus two holders. Emailed them straight away but they still charged my account and delivered them all. What a shock to receive 5 toy torches half the size and not one reply to emails. Why don’t you close this company down?

What a con job. I ordered 3 with holsters 3 months ago and haven't received anything from teachable but lip service and they won't give me a refund.

Very deceiving in the way they depict these flash lights. Shown as the larger flashlight with case and accessories but what gets sent is a small flash light in a box just large enough for the light with the charging cable. No case no accessory lens to serve as a fire starter just a small flashlight. I tried twice to order the larger lights. First time I ordered a three pack which I kept and still wanted the larger light I order again and got the same light. I give up. I hope others aren’t having this experience.

J' ai commandé leur super flashlight. Ce que j' ai reçu : une minable lampe de poche. Ils m'ont offert de la retourner à mes frais, ce qui dépasse le montant de l' achat. Maintenant, ils m'offrent un rabais sur mon prochain achat... comme si j' étais assez stupide pour racheter là. L' option de me faire parvenir mon achat initial n' en est pas une pour eux.

This is by far the most egregious false advertising I have ever encountered. Bait and switch!!! The flashlights were advertised as military grade ultimate survival flashlights. They were portrayed as nearly indestructible. Hit by a hammer, submerged under water, run over by a vehicle and lights up the whole backyard. My order shows flashlights coming in a padded hard case with accessories and an igniter lens. What I got was five 6” pieces of cheap plastic crap with a single LED bulb that will not light up a closet. I would not let a Cub Scout pack this in his gear. Also my credit card was over charged!!!!

Twice...I fell for this, thinking I ordered wrong. Save your money.Fully charged it barely shines bright, do yourself a HUGE favor, save your hard earned moolah, and get a real flashlight. Too bad I got excited for a BIG let down Jeff
