I purchased from TCGplayer directly (as the vendor) My package is still "in the mail" a couple months after purchase. I am being told that I can't get a refund or replacement because I didn't address the problem within 30 days of the supposed "delivery date" as a result was told theyre keeping my money, not sending any replacements and told next time to mention it earlier. Keep in mind, the package still says its on its way on the tracker. Absolute Scam. Will never purchase from them again, this is unacceptable.

TCG Player Direct sent me a "near mint" $800 card with deep scratch damage to the face of the card and completely ruined that experience. TCG Player Direct has 11 days of handling time, when asked if they even sent the card yet after 7 days they provide a copy paste response that doesn't answer the question. Sure enough 11 days later I finally see movement on the tracking, I could've ordered the cards from anywhere else and received them in that 11 days. TCG Player itself has gotten much worse. 50% of orders have some issue. Typically 5-10 handling days which is excessive. I'll spend time and effort to reach certain dollar amounts or get all of an order from one seller. And then the seller will cancel half the order and still ship the rest without communicating or asking what I'd like to do. Then I have to spend $1.31 for shipping on a new $0.10 card that they cancelled. Sellers are allowed 14 days to get you a single piece of cardboard and then many sellers still ask you to wait longer. I had one seller argue with me over providing a refund and left him feedback accordingly, TCG Player immediately removed my feedback despite the seller still having my money, not sending my order, and being rude and egging me on to leave negative feedback because they will just get it removed.

I’ve been waiting for my order for three weeks now and just for it to be canceled. I will no longer be using TCG player for orders. Complete waste of my time was getting back into Pokémon and wanted to rip packs and open again as well as collect like the old days. Just for it to be canceled. Would not recommend using this to buy Pokémon cards if you were looking for time wasted.

Got to the event literally 30 seconds late and the idiotic f’r I guess that runs the show would not let me. This happened at paetow high school. This ticket company and the organization in the high school all should be sued and be ashamed of themselves what they do. Open the door I’m handicapped and that’s the reason I was late cause it takes me longer than regular to get places no refund policy if I knew how to sue these people and bring legal action against them I would do not support this company.

I placed my order over two weeks ago, they had emailed to tell me everything had shipped but the tracking didn't work. 10 days later I log in to check on the order (all the cards came except those from tcg direct) they had canceled multiple cards and without so much as an email to let me know, I refresh the tracking number and it turns out the package JUST shipped. 8 days after they had already sent an email confirming it shipped. Both cards went up in price after they had allegedly shipped but they magically canceled only those two. Crazy ass money grab. Now here I am 4 days after that with my package in the exact same place it started. Get your shit together bro, tcgplayer got out paced by half a dozen small shops by weeks. (yes all days are business days)

Can't get a person to answer a question. Is this site only run by chat bots? Customer service is non-existent here.

This website is an absolute scam. It is crazy to think that we trust this website to give us our prices for our cards around the globe. This website is so shitty. It doesn’t let you order anything. It’s full of false reports. It’s never updated to people‘s actual inventory, the prices are 10 times what they should be on every other platform or in a local game store. It is the worst pile of dog shit I have ever seen in my entire life and should be taken down and completely removed from the Internet it is an absolute waste of space.

I put in an order for $300-odd of merchandise from 5 different vendors. My credit card was charged, I got a confirmation email, etc. All good so far. Literally 2 minutes later I got an email that said my order was cancelled. No reason given. No way to contact anyone. Links to the site for help do not provide a phone, nor email. There is a "HelpBot" which is entirely frustrating and useless. There is no way to find out what's going on. I am wondering if this place is just plain fraudulent, given the terrible reviews here in Trustpilot, that I wish I had seen earlier.
