Bunch of market manipulator. They are trying very hard to lower the Ascended heroes Mega Gengar ex price to promote the Pikachu in the forest...This is corruption!

My experience with TCGplayer and Best Deals Possible was unacceptable. I was charged $75 for shipping even though the postage on the package was only $6.49. The seller is in New York, I am in Florida, and it still took nearly 17 days to receive the item, which is hard to justify with such an expensive shipping charge. The seller also created two tracking IDs and gave an explanation that does not make sense, claiming the package was missing on the same day it was supposedly dropped off and checked. The replacement was delayed by about 10 days, and the entire situation was frustrating, inconsistent, and unprofessional.

I did two separate orders over 2 months, each time the package I received was missing at least one card. Both time was with the option "TCGplayer Direct", that had the supposed guarantee of card quality verification and perfect delivery. I was offered a partial refund of the card without including shipping instead of just being sent the missing card, making the purchases worse in the end than buying locally since the savings in price of the cards I actually received did not offset the shipping costs compared to local stores around me. I tried two times thinking I was unlucky on the first one, but I will not order anymore.

Horrible company and business practices. After 7 yrs of selling on the platform I had an order to be shipped and missed it within 24hrs they froze funds from being paid out, and started replying to my customers without notifying me. Pretty wild with over 10k+ sales and 100% feedback on he platform. After a couple years of being away I was in their retail business Facebook group and asked the member if things have gotten better at TCG Player (because of various other issues with inventory, customer service from TCG Player). My post in the group got deleted and I got ejected from the group. They don't care about their sellers at all. I would support any other TCG platform other then TCG Player, tons of options these days. This company will burn you, many have lost lots of money without protection. Sell there at your own risk!

Tcg player are manipulating markets in a bad way! Don’t use this company and always recommend against using them to others.

You do not sell to ANY country en latin America. The thing is not that you don't SHIP to our countries, you wont even take our MONEY for the products. This is just disgusting racism and xenophobia.

Permanent ban after 1 week of messaging customer service with no explanation. "Our system detected your account as fraudulent." I had never sold a card, or returned one in 10 years. Now I can't access my collections I have save over the years, I cannot buy cards at market value, nor can my wife for some reason anymore. I don't have access to any receipts since the unwarranted ban. Genuinely a scam website. 0 trust.

This company is beyond shady offering only 4.98 refund and replacement but I don't want it and they lied to me about it and you will never get replacement stay away from it's bad
