Tbs sucks I strongly advise nobody to factor with them … I have been trying to get released from them haven’t got a returned call yet. It’s been a whole month. Taking legal action

I’ve never factor a load went back a year later trying to get my ucc released for over two weeks now and no answer or no help this should be against the law or a law suite

In 2017 I started my business and used TBS to factor my loads. In 2018 I requested they not renew my contract. I was told I did not get the required documentation in In time to cancel. So I got another 1 year contract automatically. So in 2019 I made sure I got them all the documents they needed and they still did not cancel my contract. In 2020 they told me they would do a month to month contract at the end of my contract. I found out that was a lie too. I was told to send in the documentation again and they would start the process and that I could continue to factor until it was done. Now they are saying I have to start the process over because I factored another load. They also said my contract renewed until next year. I would recommend no one ever use this company because they will own your business for life. I have had to contact my attorney to get this issue resolved because they will not let me leave them

I rate TBS a 0 at this point. They do not mind taking your money, but when you call IN regards of money they haven't paid nobody ever knows anything. They are always broadcasting "they will get back with you in the hour" but why have our situation been going on for a month? Also they lie they all say one department is supposed to be the one to help, then when we finally get that department they can't even help. And they sent a letter to a mill that we are direct with a letter to pay them instead of paying us direct without our permission. But we will leave all of this to our lawyer the funds nobody has a "tracking" number for. And i don't comment we are sorry for the inconvenience or thanks for bringing it to your attention .

I'VE BEEN WITH TBS FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS BUT I DOUBT I'LL MAKE 9YRS. I SENT IN 6 INVOICES LAST WEEK AND WAS ONLY PAID FOR 5,BUT I ALWAYS MAKE COPIES SO I'LL JUST PUT ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO SHOW HOW MY SCHEDULE PAYMENTS DOES NOT MATCH MY INVOICE SHEET. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, BUT IT'S GONNA BE THE LAST.

Right now I can’t recommend them as they switched operations systems and aren’t providing accurate detailed settlement sheets They are not responding to my complaints which are numerous at this time so I’m filing complaints for you to protect yourselves. We have been with TBS for over 5 yrs. Everything was good, with an occasional glitch, until recently. They are saying I have outstanding invoices close to $13,000. I have gotten proof of payment from my customers and submitted it several times to TBS customer service and my account manager a month ago. But they have all stopped responding and the invoices are still marked as past due. I'm not sure what's going on or how they lost these payments, one was even ACH. But I predict we will be ending our business dealings with TBS in the near future. This is unacceptable.

This review is being written for the sole purpose of informing new carriers or carriers that are thinking about using TBS as an alternative to the Factoring company they're already using. I honestly don't know what the TBS customer service model is. But I can attest to the other reviews that they were once top of the tier in customer service and Factoring services. The wait times on the phones have always been incessantly long (even before the new system update). But the TBS app chat session was a good option. After the new system update, no one ever answers the chat. Forget calling; you will be on hold s minimum of 45 minutes. And you wouldn't need to do either if they'd just settle the BOLs that are submitted. My wife submitted a schedule on a Sunday morning which should've put her further along in the que for Monday. We weren't funded at ALL. So no money, and no one you can talk to about it. Steer clear, at least until TBS becomes what it use to be.
