When we first started factoring with TBS, the road was rocky and rough! We had some mistakes made with our account, and we had to work to recover from that. Once we recovered, we finally got a team, that is AWESOME! If I have a problem or a question, I can call anyone on our team and we get the answer right away. If it were not for the team we have, we would have left TBS Factoring Service and found another. We are truly glad that we stayed and got all of the bugs worked out. we actually think of our team as family, and we love them, even though we have never met them.

One thing I love is that when I call I aways get my question answer, and If they don't know they well transfer to the right person.....Thank you Mrs Tiffany and Mr.Aiden

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with TBS from day one. They helped get our company up and running and the entire process was seamless. We are always paid timely including when requesting advances. If there is an issue they will quickly call so that it can be resolved instantly. All the staff have always been so helpful with all the many calls and emails that we have made. We would like to thank the entire team for all the personal time and help that they continuously provide me ( Aiden Potts, Brian Price, Maria and Summer in Advances are always ready to help).

I've reviewed other Factoring Companies before choosing TBS Factoring as my Factoring Company. I chose TBS because I was very impressed by their customer service, I felt very confident and comfortable with the representative that helped me (Aiden Potts) when I first got started. They answered every question that I had to make my business successful. I must say that TBS has Great Team Leadership Skills. They are very Customer/Client Oriented and are always there to assist with customers needs and to help accomplish their goals. I don't know where My Company would be without TBS and their Team Members. I'm very GREATFUL for them and I would like to THANK ALL OF THE REPRESENTATIVES FOR AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great people that you get to work with. Nadia has been the best with me and my company. She has always came through for me when it was needed. I dont have anything bad to say about this company at all. They get me my money when needed and are there for me on a business and personable level. If there's an issue, they tell you and work to resolve it. If they know how to make things work better for you or your Company they tell you, and try to make things as easy as possible. From what I have seen, they love the customers and drivers they work hard for every day. I wouldn't choose anyone else to work with when it comes to my freight factoring..
