TBS Factoring ServiceReviews of tbsfactoring.com

Had a great experience with TBS my first year and looking forward to another great year!

I will keep this very simple. The people we have doing our BOL's need to be as diligent as Nadia Ornelas. Just one example Fast Break Logistics in the past asked for original BOL's now they except copies. But every load we do we have to send our email proving they take copies. Nadia would have fixed this in the system as soon as it came to her attention. Over all we love TBS its the only way to run a trucking company!!!! Dan

I decided to factor about 2 months ago, mainly because it is only me in the office managing all compliance, maintenance/employee files, dispatching, etc. I needed help invoicing and with collections, rather than hire I decided to factor. So far every experience with TBS staff has been wonderful. On one occasion I had a slight issue with the funding department (keep in mind that they were working very hard to get a new direct customer set up) but on phone call to my customer service agent and everything was fixed in a matter of moment. Now, all of those pesky, missing this or missing that requests go directly to TBS and they take care of it. All collections or issues first go through TBS and then me, if need be. I am very happy with my choice to hire TBS as my invoicing partner!

TBS calls to make sure that I'm happy and make sure I have everything needed to run my company. The fuel discounts are exceptional and I'm saving so much every week by using their fuel card

Great company to work with. They are truly a one stop shop. I wanted to become my own boss and get my own authority. Their staff walked me through the process. They made it very easy for me to live my dreams. They also offered me help with my insurance. Lastly their friendly sales staff walked me through factoring and what it was about. Who does not want to get paid for loads they have hauled that day. I would recommend this company to everyone who is needing their Authority, Compliance, Insurance and Factoring.

I would like to take time to share with TBS how lucky there are to have a Kelly as a colleague, from day one she has been nothing but helpful, plus I must admit I gave her a hard time once. I must say she is the best thing since a slice of bread. I would not trade her for nothing..... again TBS you are so blessed to have an angel, and her name is Kelly..............

I would and have recommended people to TBS Factoring. I know I've had my run-in with TBS at some point, but who haven't had run-in with family but for the most part we got it together by working together. My business and I have survived for almost 8 years with TBS and yes I know there are other factoring companies out here but you don't just through away family because you have issues with them. I have met several members of the TBS Factoring Family and Team and when I stepped in the office I was treated like royalty and the reason I came there is because I was in the the area on the road delivering a load and I decided to walk my paperwork in the so I can put faces to names and voices and I was very impressed. Yes I hated to see and here some people have left since I've become part of this family. I have fed my children for the past 8 years off the support of my TBS family. It's true what they say it takes a village to raise a child and that we have. Christina Harrison is the best and I love her. Brian Price is a great guy we've had our problems at times but me and my brother work through them, Sherri Lynn is a very wonderful mother figure because she's gonna fix the problem. Quincy she is very sweet and I always love to here her voice just to know she's there when I need her along with Larry and Javonni and excuse me if I don't spell your names correctly and this is just to name a few because your all my family and you all take part in my success in life including the insurance division. Like my brother Kevin, Ashley my sister that is always busy but I proud of her because she has moved up in the ranks since she's been there, Juana I haven't forgotten about you, you are one of a kind I see you taking over one of these days so keep it up honey. For the most of all this is my Familia so let's keep getting money and strive to be the number one family in this business love and peace to you all and P.S. to the Father and Mother of this Familia (OWNERS) thanks for having me as one of your sons.
