Great service

Best customer service Very friendly fast service . Thank you TBS

Factoring with TBS has been a wonderful experience. Customer Service is great! When I signed up I chose ACH for receiving my funds. I was in a tough spot and needed the funds that day from a load. I called and talked to Andi and she explained the process to me in factoring same day.To make a long story short her handling my situation so delicately would of made the answer no sound sweet. Thanks Andi! Next, I have to give a shout out to Deanda for checking with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our first conversation went from factoring to everyday life and back to factoring. Thanks Deanda for making me feel at eaase in using TBS as my factoring company.

awesome customer service in all departments! To name a few Nadia from client care, Caroline from sales, both Karrie from permits and compliance, Seth, Summer, Brenda, Jessica from Factoring.

Tomica Lawerence was very helpful and provide excellent customer service. I love the service and am thankful to be a client.
