only being here a few months still get to know the system. a few problems but they are working them out, happy so far

Dislikes: We didn’t care the $ 5.00 charge to load Comdata, when we 1st signed up with TBS no one called us ( Welcome Committee ) . We called TBS to figure how the “ operation “ works. Ivan or Aden , young man helped us out; how to log on and send invoices and such. Likes: Someone is Always there to Assist us when needed, our BOL get Factored promptly. And we Appreciate the FEEDBACK when ever a concern or situation. THANK YOU, X9 TRANSPORTATION

I have had several brokers call for the BOL so this leaves me to believe that invoicing the broker is not completed in a timely manner. Otherwise, TBS is providing a great service with very friendly personnel.

We have been with tbs for 3 years. Im very satisfy with them.the quickpay services The equal quick pay They are very confiability.

I have had great service with tbs. I woukd recommend them to anyone needing a factoring company. The only thing that I have an issue with is that are rep for factoring is always changing and we are never notified but other than that everything is great.i think when ur rep is changed it would be nice to know possible by email that it has been changed and who it currently is.

I've had mostly a positive experience with TBS. The people are friendly, fair, and flexible when needed. I rarely have any issues. I would have ranked them 4.5 if I could. My only small grip is the office hours. If I need to get an advance I have to put in the request by 4:30 M-F or Sat by 12:00 CST. Sometimes the loads we pick up are after hours or on the weekends and it can be challenging. Other than that no other complaints I'm happy with their service.

Fair company . Just need a little more speed on advances
