the problem with tbs is that they will come back and hit you with chargebacks for loads you did over a year ago so basically end of day you are working for minus. They expect you to send in paperwork within 30 days but then they take forever to invoice. You will be out of business eventually the way they handle invoice collections. TBS is a nightmare. Now they are putting my money in escrow reserve. This company is in breach of contract. tbs takes forever to process charge backs, so thinking you made money, one year down the road they will deduct. better work without factoring company, just request quick pay from companies.

I am the manager of a company who has had the task of working with TBS. I have sat on the phone on hold for over an hour and a half to speak with anyone in your company. We owe nothing. We have requested a letter of release since November 3, 2022. What is the issue? Free US!!!

They (TBS) has ignored us for over 9 days they say ok we're going to take care of it. They've taken $1,500 out of my settlements in 4 different occasions they (TBS) supposedly took care of it. We call an agent says yes I see where Account manager took care of it WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED to take any money out of your settlement it says it right here, so I tell them then why are you taking the money out then, she'll say I do t know why they shouldn't be, but everyday money is taken out and they (TBS) has continued to ignore the emails and phone calls I wouldn't need to speak to her but they say she is the one that has to fix the problem, but how if emails and phone calls are NOT ANSWERED RETURNED. I have the emails to prove 100% of what I'm saying. They are normally pretty good not sure what their problem is but it is extremely annoying to have your money taken and NOT be able to stop them. STAY AWAY After this they fixed it and sent me the money they incorrectly took out at 2pm 1/23/23, then my wife billed last night at 6pm 1/23/23 And guess what, they took the money out again off the Remittance are you kidding me, so now we have to call again to have them reissue this money they just incorrectly took out again, how is this gonna be a daily thing for us to have to call TBS to reverse this, Really Every Day We're Gonna Have To Call For This, this is outrageously INSANE FOR SOMEONE AT TBS TO NOT RECTIFY THIS FOR GOOD.......... INSTEAD OF US PLAYING GROUND HOG DAY EVERY DAY......

I hired tbs for a simple name change and information update. After waiting a week, all I receive is a text saying they can't provide what they already said they could. This service was excellent 2 years ago. Now it's crap.

The Customer service is really awful. I have 7 drivers and i am dispatcher for two more companies and i am leaving because they are really late for everything. Also, when you apply, they tell you almost everything except the contract is for 1 year.

TBS used to be a really great company and very rarely I would have this many problems in such a short time. There seems to be some serious neglect going on over there. From unpaid bills to account managers not responding in a timely manner or at all to emails. Extremely long hold times with customer service. Offering to call me back and never do. I usually send in 10 bills at a time, so usually only a half or 3/4 of them get paid out. I asked them the reason for this via email, since calling them is impossible. No response, so I re-bill the three to five the very next day and they go through. This happens quite often and then when it does happen they charge me the extra ACH fee. Now I tried to do it on the app which is not user friendly at all especially taking pictures of the bills, nevertheless they seem to charge me $3 each bill so it gets quite expensive and usually I choose to do it the other way. I think the biggest problem is the lack of communication or the lack of returned communication. If you have a problem you are on your own. Update: where is the company TBS now? That's right out of business. I wonder why...
