I am happy with the process. We get our funding next day and have no issues with the comdata card. I like having different departments to go for issues...i.e. customer service, credit, collections. Jennifer Sorrels was our customer service rep and we were able to build an amazing relationship with her, beyond just a working relationship. Nadia Ornelas helped get us set up and is so knowledgeable about TBS and all of the processes. We love TBS, especially due to these wonderful ladies. They give a quick response and have always handled any issues or questions that have come up. If they cannot handle it, they have always found someone that could AND followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We've been with TBS for 3 years and have no plan on switching!! Thank you all!
