TBS Factoring ServiceReviews of tbsfactoring.com

Great people to work with and very helpful

Customer service was awesome.

I was very appreciative of TBS working with me as a broker because very few Factoring Companies do. They provided me with a representative that worked with me directly and reviewed all of the necessary paperwork that was needed to operate my business with them.

Aiden was great - has been thorough on checking in regularly & answering any questions we have. TBS has given us great customer service as we get our business growing.

It a good service fast and friendly, but sometimes we have to wait on the phone for some time I wish you had more people to answer phone call mostly in credit check. but other wise you us are doing a great job. Thank you

Gabe has been beyond helpful in making sure things get taken care of for us. He goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

I am new to factoring with TBS but the people there are very nice to work with and they do what they say. Very happy with the service

The only problem that I have found is the long hold times when calling in for different things.
