TBS Factoring ServiceReviews of tbsfactoring.com

Best account manager and service I’ve had in awhile, always helpful and nice, what a true leader thanks for everything you do.

Great service. Fix anything within thier reach of power.

Aiden's was awesome!!

So far so good. Haven't done any work yet but TBS has been helpful in getting me started.

If I could give more stars, I would. I spent a great deal of time researching qualified factoring companies that I felt confident enough to sign-up with. My first few customer service encounters were great and relative to what I reviewed. I found the on-boarding experience to a very intricate process but Aiden made it feel like a breeze. I value consistently great customer service and Aiden has been nothing short of that. Aiden was not only pleasant and knowledgeable but he was also patient. I have called Aiden MANY times post-onboard and he still treats me like he is trying to win my business. He even displayed care for departments outside of his own and traits like these are invaluable. Aiden definitely set the standard for TBS and, through this, he made me confident that TBS will not disappoint.

My experience so far to date has been an pleasant experience. I must say that the representatives are very helpful and appears to be very knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful experience so far. I would like to give a personal thanks to Kwon.

I've used TBS with Factoring as well with filing IFTA reports and have had no issues. There payments and reporting turn around are very prompt, could not be more happier than making sure you can count on TBS with any trucking needs. When I have questions there employees always find a way to help me out

I have talked to Aiden Potts and he was great , he walked me through the whole process, he is really knowledgeable
