Factoring Representative Mr. Kwon Jones, did great explaining the information in my Welcome Packet. Mr. Jones made sure that my questions were answered to the best of his knowledge and ensured me that if I needed any further assistance that I could always reach him by phone, email or his colleague to answer any questions or concerns.

Everyone was very helpfull and understanding. I appreciate the team effort.

The conversation that I had with Mr. Kwon Jones was very informative. He supplied information regarding factoring questions with pure ease. He is more than willing to help BNL Transport Hou succeed. Nowadays companies only care for their wants and needs and would simply shut you out. Mr. Jones understood what we needed and was more than willing to help. The comfort I felt while speaking with him, made me feel right at home with TBS Factoring. Mr. Jones is TBS Factoring. I believe that on boarding is the heartbeat of the company and many should be recognized for their awesome service. they have a big job on their hands.
