Never received the albums that I ordered months and months ago. When you contact support, they just give you the runaround. Literally 6 months, no albums, no refund since August. Had to file a credit card dispute. Horrible customer service!

Ordered 4th of January and paid. 80eur down the drain. Have engaged customer service multiple times and no one answering. Horrible service, TS should be shamed to serve fans like this. Will raise claim through Visa

Scammers!!! Please don’t buy here!! My 14 year old daughter bought a sweater with her own savings, now 3 months later still nothing. Customer service doesn’t respond anymore after requesting a refund. My daughter is devastated!!! Thieves!!

The cardigan arrived after 3 month of waiting and as a surprise I was charged 34 EUR extra for a double tax, that noone is gonna return to me. If you order from EU and wanna avoid extra costum charges, make sure to ask them for invoice and IOSS, cause they are not providing it automaticaly.

I also waited nearly 2 months for a hoodie for a 14 year old. It arrived a couple of days ago and the quality is dreadful. Cheap and nasty - for £70!! Taylor swift should hang her head in shame.

Total scam. I ordered two size small hoodies. They sent me two XXXL hoodies with size small labels sewn in and refuse to answer my requests for refund. Basically stole $150 and wrecked my kids Christmas gift.

Taylor Slow not Swift Took 2 months to arrive then when the £70 hoodie arrived the quality of it is more like a £5 knock off!!! I give up with the world!!! Be warned of the shabby products and sloooooow delivery
