Taylor SwiftReviews of taylorswift.com

Never ordered off the site before. so ordered a few records....first order never came said was handed to courier but tracking never updated so was resent out ....and guess what same thing happened again they gave a refund...but was not the full refund. I know with companies can get the odd bad delivery but twice in a row not a good sign.

Ticketmaster and Liverpool FC manage to ruin dreams with usual QR mess up. Valid tickets costing £800. Missed half the concert.just a shambles

Horrible customer service

Ordered a vinyl, got a cracked cd instead. Zero solutions, they basically stole my money. For the absurd amount of money that she has, I’m disappointed she can scam her fans like that and not put more effort in better merch. She has the means to do better.

Lot of scammers, we investigated the website lack of containers on the website is now flagged as broken/missing websites!

I pre ordered the new album 'The Tortured Poets Department' on the 5th Feb 2024 under the assumption that it would be arriving on release day (as pre orders for other items like games arrive on release day). It hadn't shipped when I woke up on the 19th, and I woke up to news that it was in fact a double album. This meant that the product I had spent £40 wasn't going to arrive on release day, and it wasn't the final product either!! I had paid £40 for half the item!! When I emailed customer service to complain about this and ask for a refund as the item wasn't going to arrive on the day, they said this wasn't something they could do. After a bit of back and forth with Sarah, she even said they couldn't refund my nearly £5 delivery fee!! And she also said they don't do a pre order guarantee that it will arrive on the day (what's the point of pre ordering anything then?). I am extremely disappointed that my item didn't arrive on time, and that it's only half the final product, and that there is no compensation from the company!! One positive is that Sarah was fast at replying. Next time I will save myself the trouble and go to HMV or amazon and order from them as they'll ensure it arrives on time.

I love Taylor Swift and this was my first and only time ordering from this shop. My collectors edition cd came cracked, vinyl corners bend and ripped and customer service saying that they will replace my collectors edition when other people are getting the regular cd as a replacement then only offer 10% refund when my cd case is damaged beyond repair. Will NEVER buy from here again

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is beyond terrible. They can't give you a straight answer. I ordered a sweatshirt on December 13th with next day delivery, its now 6th February and still no sweatshirt. They tell you its on order with their suppliers and they are chasing up where it is yet its still openly for sale on the website. They are happy to take your hard earned money but not give you the goods you are legally entitled to. I've threatened trading standards and nothing makes any difference. This is for my 12 year old daughter, I'm sure Taylor Swift wouldn't want her fans missing out but then having these lot dealing with her merchandise there's no wonder she's on her way to being a billionaire!
