Awfu, awful site. Please don’t buy from this site they will provide fake tracking numbers that never work & you will never receive your order. Honestly don’t waste your time & money.

I'm a huge TS fan as is my niece. When Folklore dropped I immediately ordered merch for her. Some of it shipped but the Folklore CD did not. I ordered it the day of release in 2020. It is now February of 2022 and it has not shipped. I emailed the customer support team and they said that there is nothing they can do per company policy because the item has shipped. However, if you look at the tracking information, USPS has not received the package from them. I do not recommend ordering through the merch store. I hope Taylor is able to get a better merch team in the future because I want to support her, but unfortunately Universal Music does not care to serve their customers well.

If I could give zero stars I would. An absolute disgrace and maybe Taylor should take more notice of how her young fans are being treated. I paid £200 in October for goods for my daughter’s Xmas that had said they were in stock. It’s now January 2nd and I’m still waiting!! They don’t update you on what has happened with your order, or apologise for anything. I had exact same problem last year with both the UK and US stores but decided to give them another try as I assumed Covid had caused the delays. I really wish I hadn’t because this is now the second Xmas in a row that my daughter has been bitterly disappointed. I wish I knew how to get hold of Taylor Swift’s management to find out if they or Taylor are aware of the way people and especially her young fans,who are paying a hell of a lot of money for this stuff are being treated. The one item I did receive was a sweatshirt I’d ordered in the colour red but they sent me a sand one instead. I looked back on the website and sand hadn’t even been one of the colour options offered for this item. I then saw other people saying the exact same had happened to them. They obviously ran out of the correct colour and just decided to send whatever they had without even asking. Unbelievable!

Ordered months ago and christmas is here and nothing. Four separate orders in sept. No merch and sam isnt real. SAM responds to everyone and says nothing. I asked when my 4.5 unfulfilled orders will ship and SAM responded to wait 7 days fir tracking to update. No tracking if you dont ship SAM. Clearly computer generated. Taylor should be embarrassed and she owes her fans money back. She is selling merch that doesnt exist.

Ordered in October & never received. No response to customer service emails and nu phone number to call - this is the official store and is basically taking your money and not providing the goods. Last time I checked that was called fraud or theft. DO NOT SHOP HERE

How can this be allowed in this age of public rights? Wrong size delivered, no answer to various emails, no obvious way to return/ exchange, pathetic. I doubt if TS even knows about this so called UK store. You are letting down not just customers, but fans. You should be ashamed, but I doubt you are. Dont waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Taylor knew that her official store was selling things that they didn’t have, she would be upset. Honestly, I spent hard earned money in early October for Christmas presents for my 15 year old who has been a fan since she was 2. I just received an email that the items were not available and no time frame on when they will be. They will not ship the items that are available. Why are they selling items not available? False advertising. I paid through PayPal and am filing a complaint. If the items are not ready to be shipped they should not be sold. I’m heartbroken
