Don't let their great reputation fool you
Don't let the great reputation fool you, once you sign your contract, they do not care about you. It reminds me of a sleezy car dealership, they will be your best friend until you move in, then they couldnt careless. I have a patio floor that had cracked open...obvious safety hazard. I figured this would be part of the foundation warranty, but they claim its not and is only good for 1 year. I dont feel as though after three years your patio concrete floor should fall apart. Of course I called their warranty team and they treated my like a joke, just simply restated its not covered. DO THE RIGHT THING AND REPAIR IT! Its been 3 years and a concrete floor is coming undone...thats just shoddy work. Buyers beware!
