TM is a good builder. They will fix things that are under warranty. Don't buy the upgrade to an outdoor kitchen, outdoor screened lanai - their vendor is terrible. TM uses Troon to run the clubhouse (venue). Troon staff are terrible. They don't understand the 55+ community. They behave as though the residents somehow work for them and not the other way around! No full kitchen at the venue so events with meals are a challenge. After the frost this winter, many trees, shrubs and plants died. The place still looks like a mess.

Taylor morrison will not honor your punch list once they drop the keys in your hhands 2 years later still trying to get things taken care of. DO NOT BUY FROM TM

I'd be very careful before purchasing a town home and Taylor Morrison's Artisan lake subdivision. We're not supposed to be responsible for anything on the outside now we're responsible for everything including the fact they want us to pay $120,000 to repair the plastic fences that will only get ripped down the next time. Parking is very poor here they threaten to tow.

Lots of deception and lies Even after all the nightmares we went through to close with TM. Which took nearly a year and 1/2😩😔 Warranty people will not answer your calls or email. They will close out your tickets without fixing them . Do your research and gonwitj a different builder.
