I was in a very serious tax situation that Karlyn Lopez from Tax Hardship Center was able to do, what I thought was impossible, resolve an IRS Tax Lien that was preventing me to buy a home and close the escrow on the house. I was in the process of purchasing a home when the title company found an IRS Tax Lien. I contacted Tax Hardship Center and first spoke with Hamilton Duong, a Senior Case Analyst who explained the service Tax Hardship Center could do for me. It gave me hope, and I agreed to let Tax Hardship Center handle this for me. I was quickly contacted by Karlyn Lopez from the Tax Resolution Department, and Karlyn took immediate action, and was able to have my tax Lien removed quickly, and I was able to satisfy the title company so I could close on my new house.
