After multiple unsuccessful attempts at resolution with the IRS, I turned to Celynda at the Tax Defense Network. This was the best decision I have made in my search for a resolution to my tax issues. Celynda was exceptionally professional, always kept me up to date on my case, easy to discuss issues with, and overall, the best person I have dealt with in this entire ordeal. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone seeking to resolve their tax issue.

Heather Irizarry did an outstanding job once she was assigned to my case. Before Heather i was ready to walk away from your company as I don't appreciate people talking over me and arguing with me about information I know is correct. Heather took the time to get up to speed very quickly and listened and asked great follow-up questions to ensure she understood. She asked if I would share documentation I had which I did. Heather took this information and reviewed it asking questions again to ensure she knew what I was explaining and what the documentation stood for. Heather asked great questions and never once talked over me or ignored what I was saying. Heather 100% redeemed your company in the way she handled herself and talking to me. She'd went above and beyond making sure I was kept in the loop at all steps and all communications. Would even check in to let me know there was no new information if it had been days without an update. That means a lot to someone like me. The whole process was painful and should have and could have been handled better!!!! As I stated Heather made the experience 1000% better by being a champion for me instead of an enemy. Thank You Heather for being a true advocate and listening!!!
