However, our team reached out recently to notify you about a notice we received regarding a change in status for your tax matters. While a copy was received by our team, the initial notice should have been sent to your physical address. Our team regularly reaches out to former clients to ensure they are aware of any communications from the IRS. Sara advised that we would need to establish a new case if you wanted our team to assist you in resolving this additional tax matter. The decision to pursue new services is up to you. While our team utilizes many forms of communication to assist our clients, the receipt of mailed documents and information is sadly outside of our control. There are always multiple team members available to speak with our clients, but we understand it can be frustrating when the individual you would like to speak with is unavailable. Hello, George. Regarding your feedback submitted to the BBB and your refund request, we cannot provide a refund for services provided to you at no cost, as explained in response to your complaint (This is also why the complaint was closed by the Better Business Bureau). Your previous contract, which you paid in full, was completed with a Currently Not Collectible status being your resolution in 2022. The services our team is working on are not a continuation of your previous case, but an entirely separate contract. Due to a change in finances (along with an availability of funds our team was not previously made aware of), a new resolution became necessary. Unfortunately, the OIC (Offer in Compromise) resolution you would like is not an option due to your individual circumstances.
