Do not do anything with this company The Money Solver they will take your money and not complete your case. This is exactly what they have done to me and I am calling the BBB and reporting them. I am asking for a refund since you didn't resolve my case.

I spent 10k with this organization. I had over 35k in tax debt. All they did was tell me that I was ineligble for any tax relief programs. Initially I was promised relief by them. They sucked me in, did basic accounting on my taxes and then did NOTHING. I paid them $10,000.00 for NOTHING! I have since contacted another reliable agency who guarantee's my enrollment into the programs.

My case I payed 8 thousand $$$ almost 5 years ago and the guy was talking john Jocelyn I haven't heard from him since January won't tell what's going on I need some above him to call someone call 954-993-1698

When you call, you speak with a sales associate who makes some big promises that aren’t necessarily delivered. If I just downloaded the payment installment form from the IRS, I could have saved 4k, because they did not save me the money promised. I was told by sales that it would even out and I would save about 4k to even out. They make these promises without looking at your case. Once you retain them, the accountant is much more realistic. I wasted 4k that could have gone towards my IRS debt.

Feel free to reach out to Tax Defense Network. They requested I call them back regarding my parents and their "unpaid taxes." When I asked what data they had on unpaid taxes they hung up immediately. When I let them know the vm message they said there was nothing they could do about it and refused to escalate to a supervisor. They finally transferred me to P who asked if I had nothing better to do with life to which I responded nothin g better than protecting vulnerable seniors. I complimented both P and S at having great communications skills and asked if there was a way for them to support their families while not taking advantage of mine. To this inquiry I received laughing. So sad to take advantage of people this way. I have empathy to a point but not about my parents. And to clarify, we all work with a long term accountant so there would be nothing not paid. Just a scam to scare them.

I am a current client of Tax Defense Network since October of 2023 and they have done nothing for me! It is April 11, 2024.

Paid a ton of money and they have done nothing. They always say they will get back to me and never do. Stay far away

DO NOT AND I REPEAT USE THIS COMPANY......I called them and was shown the grand tour of how great they are at the expense of 8 thousand dollars, it seems to vary on what they want to charge. Fed me the whole we are here for you blah blah and I fell for it and as soon as they had me they stopped communicating with me. I told them I had a deadline to get with the IRS and could not get an answer to any questions I asked. I went through two people assigned to my case because no one would ever return my calls and this morning I cancelled. Dan was my contact case worker and I'm just going to say unprofessional at everything. Run far away from this company and to those at it wanting to respond don't waste your breath nothing will change my mind
