I was out of my comfort zone when my…
I was out of my comfort zone when my tax situation arose. David Hackett was my representative and showed me great patience. I am very much relieved when a payment plan was set up. I appreciate his work and would highly recommend David to anyone faced with a overwhelming tax issue.

I made contact with Money Solvers to…
I made contact with Money Solvers to see if they could help with my student loans. They explained to me over the phone that they could me out. They were slow in answering my emails and phone calls. I did receive a phone message from they stating that my current situation I would be looking at a zero repayment due to my current situation. I recently received a statement from the lender stating my repayment will be more than I receive in SS. Now I have no hope of being able to pay back any of the loans. And I am not sure what the future holds for me and my financial situation. To be honest I am very afraid for my future. Thank you

The first agent we had was unresponsive…
The first agent we had was unresponsive and caused our situation to remain unresolved for months. Several months ago, they replaced her with Heather Izzary. She has been responsive, helpful and pleasant and made this stressful experience a little fetter.

The people I worked with were terrific
The people I worked with were terrific. I did get a discount on the settlement versus what I owed. Please do not go into this thinking you can pay pennies on the dollar. That is not what this is about. My experience might be different than yours, but I paid the full amount of back taxes owed. What they did help me with was reducing the interest and penalty fees that I had accrued. The only real answer is to pay your taxes on time. I payed $35k to pay off an ignored $7k in taxes. The IRS is in no hurry to let you know. They will let interest and penalties build up. At least Tax Defense saved me about $10k, but it does cost $6k to do business with them, so just be sure.
