Ruth made my ordeal more manageable over the passed 3 years. She handled all the paperwork and fax, calls did a great job .But i was passed from attorney to attorney sometimes not sure who was on the case. I believe in the end there was good result. Also was told in the beginning they would handle my state tax. but in my case no go.
