Worst compy I have ever worked with they left me exposed after paying them do my taxes. And now the irs has put a lean on the house won't the take my Social security from me leaving Penny less.

I have a very difficult situation with taxes/IRS. I was sold a big bill of goods - "we have contacts with revenue officers, we will get your penalties removed, and lower your interest rate". Charged me $10,500. All I got was a payment plan with the IRS which I could have set up for $0. Terrible overselling, zero value.

Paid for services over 3 years ago. Guess what, IRS still adding interest with new letters. Tax Defense Network says should have received letter by now, which haven't. Tax Defense Network incompetent.The representative doesn't respond to my concerns. All I get, is you qualify, no letters, emails, no nothing, except IRS collections letters. Furthermore, the interest, since hiring tax defense network has increased. Their incompetence frustrating, pay them first, then let your tax debt grow. I trusted them, even agreed to qualified event. Still, nothing from them, except growing tax debt by IRS. Recent response to this by Tax Defense Network, read it, shows incompetence, cause never notified of action in 2023. Never notified of any action until now. If tax Defense Network has any proof of notifying me of case, prove it, will gladly apologize. Now, notified again should receive a letter, been hearing this for years. All I asked was keep me informed, but, this year after year not knowing, even when express concerns, an told reach out to you, and I let months go by, no nothing. Do apologize for claiming Tax Defense Network a fraud, that shouldn't have said. Got angry just keep dealing with this . Not sorry finally got everyone attention.

I owe more money than when I started! I owed $7,100 in taxes. Now I owe $500 more for interest on my taxes AND I am making payments for the $2,500 service fee! I DO NOT recommend using Tax Defense Network. The people are nice and professional, but they did not help to lower my bill and now I owe more.

I would not recommend working with Tax Defense Network. Communication was terrible from the start — they rarely answered my questions and often came across as rude or dismissive. What the salesperson promised and what I actually received were two completely different things. Nicole and Jennifer, the tax consultants assigned to my case, were unhelpful and hard to reach. They did not provide clear updates or follow through on what they said they would do. In the end, I feel like I just threw my money away. There was no real progress made on my case and no value for what I paid. If you’re considering using this company, be very cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to anything.

We worked with this company for nearly 2 years before they solved NOTHING. We were moved around to different representatives 3 times because it seems as though they have high turnover. The first person we were working with left the company and reached out to us privately to let us know that we would work with her outside of Tax Defense which I should have taken as a red flag but we were invested and had paid a lot of money so we stayed. We had about 50k of IRS debt that we needed help resolving , our representative Joshua sent us a payment arrangement in which NOTHING had been negotiated when the reason we signed up was to get some of the interest and fee's negotiated but that did not happen. We agreed to the payment plan and less than 1 payment in we got letters from the IRS stating that we were in default because we had outstanding balances for prior years. I reached out to Josh over 10x to see why we were getting these notices since we thought everything was bundled in to the payment arrangement and he never responded. After calling the IRS myself and doing my own research I found out that only 23k of the 52k we owed was in the payment arrangement . They have butchered our entire case and now we are out over 3k in fees that we paid them and could have used to pay the IRS directly instead. If you are considering this company do not waste your time, effort and money. You are better off calling the IRS directly.

I signed on with TDN in Sept of 2023. My case is still open. To date, I have had 5-6 people take over my case and literally nothing has been done. Not one dollar of penalties has been removed and it seems the 4K I invested in this company have been a complete waste. They are very difficult to get in touch with and if you miss their call - they flag you as non-responsive or unable to contact...I can't remember how they worded it exactly. They even closed my case once due to this - even though I was emailing them often and returning their calls. The current lady assigned to my case is very rude and every time we talk it is like starting over on my tax story.

We been waiting 3 years 18,000 paid and they keep stringing us along . Now treating us on paperwork. We sent them the paperwork several times first to John jochlen he said he had everything. Then Richard something and he's very rude and he keeps saying its needs to be done a different way and that was the way we were sending it .have proof with emails . and to this date have no idea whats going on . Do not use them .about time for the attorney general knows what going on . We owe alot of money and they keep saying it will take awhile 3 freaken years yea I dont think so .
