I Placed order 5 days ago, the site said it is under provider review which is typically done within 24 hours. My order has not been reviewed but they did manage to charge my credit card immediately.

Terrible experience from the beginning. Nothing but confusion and poor communication from the customer service reps. The “provider” spent 20 minutes recommending a product that never appeared in the compounded medicine when it showed. When I enquired about this, no one could provide a clear professional answer. Definitely not worth the risk and would highly recommend takinv your hard earned cash to another company.

You charged my card and didn’t send my order. After numerous attempts, nobody from Taurus has responded.

Dr would not approve the meds. I need a refund

I'm not sure how this company gets this high review. Most of them must be fake, because upon looking closer. Other people had the same experience as me, which is they charge you a monthly fee. You don't agree to and never give you any goods or services. It's a pain in the butt to try to get the money back from my bank. But you definitelywont get it back from Taurus. There's nobody to talk to nobody to dispute with other than your own bank. Even then they try to continuously charge you after putting out stop payments.I've had to change my debit card and they still managed to charge my account the next month. Fraud and theft simply put.

Crooks. I should’ve known better when I started receiving spam calls shortly after starting my subscription. Then after trying their meds, I found them to give me terrible headaches everytime. In trying to cancel my subscription less than a month in, they told me that the remaining 2 months were non refundable and that they would keep sending me shipments anyways. Insult to injury are the continued spam calls I seem to get from them daily.

Trash company. The product is ok but the company is crap. They make it almost impossible to cancel and then blame you. They will keep charging you and keep sending it. Your have to hound them non stop. I asked to pause due to back surgery. They didnt, so I asked them to cancel and that took almost 3 months. I am still being charged.

I paid for a three month supply of medication. After numerous attempts to get my medication, I finally got a tracking number from a pharmacy that isnt Taurus. When I tried to track the number, I discovered that the tracking number isnt active which means after 10 days, my meds still havent shipped from a pharmacy in Dalphine, AL called Triad RX. You can buy direct from them.
