This company has charged me 800 dollars. I can not get them to stop sending.. There product did not work for me.

If i could give no stars i would. They have billed me for 8 months with no services no medications no nothing. Dont sign up as they will just charge you for nothing. They claim its a subscription service but that provides nothing. It just allows you to become eligible for a script. Bullshit.

It doesn’t work

Forced to purchase a 2nd product in order to finish purchasing the 1 product I wanted. Cancelled subscription immediately. “No refund, click here” and you will still be charged for another billing cycle. Eat shit

They called me saying I was Approved for Cypiante, so I gave my card details over the phone. a couple days later I see they put me down for Enchlomiphene instead of Cypianate. They said they cant ship Cypianate to my State. So instead of issuing a refund, they are saying they will cancel the subscription, but I am still paying for the other med. I have been on a crazy loop everyone I call to get this straightened out. Still haven't been able to get it resolved.

Received meds that were it's supposed to be refrigerated or on ice and after three days I received them in a plain.Soft envelope, research it and said it was not safe to take and I have not had anyone from customer service Give me any advice if it was safe, no one working this weekend to let me know, not a good experience with this company

Charged me 79 dollars. Website said my meds were shipped on 7/9/26. UPS website said only a label has been created and still says it 22 days later. I’ve emailed several times to no avail. They take your money and don’t send your meds. Place is a complete scam……

Taurus tricked me into thinking they were a good company. I received my Semorelin & NAD+ very quickly. Both were $79 a piece. The NAD+ caused severe stomach issues, & headaches. So I cancelled the NDA+. The website redirected me to a substitute item. Which was Semorelin. I clicked on that item and it instantly charged my credit card. I was like WTF an instant charge to my Apple Card. For the tune of $169. I was already subscribed to Semorelin. So I contacted customer service. Which you can only contact via email. You cant talk to a live person. They refused to refund my money that they double charged me for. So Taurus also charged me $179 for the Semorelin & $169 for the NDA+. Without my knowledge or telling me how much future payments would be. I cancelled my services with Taurus because they would rather lose your business. Than refund your money that you are double charged for. Do not do business with these scammers.
