Horrible wasted my time making me go through the entire process charging my card telling me it’s being sent then telling me it’s been declined. I had to find out why it’s because of my anxiety medication so I was penalized for being honest and then I have no refund. It’s been a few days now and they still have 100 and something dollars of mine and I got nothing so I wasted all that time just so they can tie my funds up terrible Customer Service I wouldn’t waste my time. What upsets me most is they should do the intake review it and then charge you once approved but not approve you charge you and then tell you you’ve been denied after the fact that means you’re not reading the intake they’re just taking the money or something to that it’s not kosher. . and I want my money back. This completely sucks. There is a million different other sites that have similar medications like this.

Have not had any reply on my order in 14 days. My card has been charged but nothing! I hope they can make this right.

The absolute worst, most pathetic company! I won’t waste my time explaining what a nightmare it was dealing with them. Don’t use.

I ordered Taurus ED meds almost 4 weeks ago near the end of July 2026 and still have NOT received my product. They took $449.10 of my money! With this terrible customer service,tThis has to be a scam!

Honestly I think it is all a scam. I initially talked to sales person. I was sent a blood test kit, I completed. I sent it back and scheduled provider appt. First and second appt provider did not show up. Each appt was one week delay to the next. Third meeting I met with provider to review labs, she said my trt was low and I qualified. She told me I would recieve in a few days. After 2 weeks of taurusmeds dashboard saying order processing I started to make attempts to contact customer support to find out the reason for delay. I recieved on a AI generated response via email. Each week I sent an email requesting a callback or some info. All the meanwhile im being charged monthly subscription fee. You can see this fee in the website dashboard, there is even a cancel button. But when you actually try to push tge cancel subscription button you cannot. There is no phone contact for customer support. I feel all the delays were intentional to keep recurring charges going. SCAM!!

Sent half a prescription. I called they would not send the rewst of the order. So I cancelled subscription. They continued to bill me $249.75 a month without sending anything saying I have to fill out a refill form. No refunds even though they never sent orders. only email appoligizing for shipments not being shipped yet. 6 months now. still not resolved!! BS company!!!

It’s been at least 10 days and my order still says it’s processing. I’ve reached out twice and Taurus says it’s on it way. No explanation. Not a good experience so far!
