Avoid Taurus Meds. After going through their online intake, being approved for one of their medications, and being charged for the first round, I was shipped a different medication. After setting up a phone consultation with the provider, the doctor started going through my medical history, which I had never released to them. After multiple calls to their customer service, there was no offer of resolution. So, after being charged $180 for Medication A, I was shipped Medication B, which would have cost under $100. Not only would they not give me a refund and let me return the incorrect medication I was sent, but they would not refund the over $80 difference between the two. They also refused to tell me how they had access to my medical history. Even if I had received the correct medication, their customer service is not good, and their shipping took forever. This is not a company I will ever deal with again.

I never received my order and no response from customer support

This is a fraudulent company that charged me and never sent the meds. After 14 emails they still aren't sent. After a really long phone call they still aren't sent. So not trust this company. They will charge you after you have canceled your subscription as well.

I subscribed on August 2, 2026 went and had the labs done and spoke to the telehealth practitioner. Was approved but I haven't received anything. They charged me initially and no shipment, they have charged me again and no shipment. The excuse customer service states is that the Rx company is backed up and will let me know when shipment has processed. I have requested for a refund but they state that due to their refund policy, that I'm shit out of luck. Which it leads me to believe that this company is a scam. I will be filling a fraud claim with my bank.

Canceled my subscription after using it twice. The stuff taste absolutely horrendous and burns the hell out of your mouth. After the first time I dreaded trying it again, but I did. It was just as bad. So I canceled .y script expecting they would just refund me for the other 2 months I haven't received, nope they won't. No happy with this product or them. I'm just gonna go back to BLUECHEW. should never have left.

After placing an order online I was called saying it did not go through, and talked in to placing another order. It turns out the original order had gone through. Therefore I requested one be active and the other one cancelled and refunded. It is now 3 weeks later and the wrong order cancelled by Taurus and no refund received yet by my credit card company. The active order I did not want has not been shipped, and despite multiple calls, emails and text messages Taurus refuses to cancel the order. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company for the first time in my life.

I subscribed to Taurus 8 months ago and received one shipment. I decided I did not want any medicine anymore and cancelled my subscription and also never received and more meds from the on. I continued to be charged $129 per month anyway for an additional 7 months while receiving absolutely nothing from the company. As soon as I found out about the erroneous charges I contacted customer support. I spoke with multiple people and sent emails and eventually they agreed to make sure the charges stopped and I received a full refund for the erroneous charges totalling over $700. Not only have i not received a refund to date but they just charged me again and sent absolutely nothing to me!

Never shipped product I ordered 8/14. Charge hit my credit card immediately. I did not receive product. It no longer appeared on my dashboard but it was paid for. So when i wrote about where my product was and then they suddenly discontinued the product and offered a substitute formulation which i did not want. They refused to credit my card for their non shipped item. DO NOT BUY FROM TAURUS.
