Worst experience, total fraud scam company. They took my money and never shipped the product. There is literally zero way to contact them. No phone number or email . I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank to request my money back. There no way they have any doctors working with them because there is no way to contact anyone. Total scam don’t waste your money with Taurus . You will receive no product. I’m reporting them to the DOJ for selling products that need a doctor’s approval.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for a 3-month subscription, but almost two months later, I still have not received my product. My order remains stuck in the “processing” stage. I completed my consultation and have contacted customer support multiple times, but each time I receive the same generic response without any actual resolution or update. At this point, nearly two months have passed, and my order still has not been fulfilled. I paid for a service that I have yet to receive, and the lack of communication and progress has been very frustrating. I hope the company takes this seriously and either fulfills my order promptly or provides a refund.

Do not use this company. They will charge your account without authorization and you will never get your prescription on time. They will also send things that are supposed to be cold shipped without any cold packs and it sit out in 90+ degree weather all day. I had to cancel my card due to them charging me for something I didn't want. Take your business anywhere else.

I placed an order for the Taurus CHARGE ED 4 in 1 liquid. I received a message stating the Taurus CHARGE ED 4 in 1 liquid in not available and without my consent, it was replaced with tablets. The tablets immediately gave me a bad headache. I reached out to Tauras to request a refund and was unfairly declined.

A complete lack of communication caused me to cancel my order & subscription

Ordered a 3 monthy supply which the charge yiu up front, but only ship one month at a time. The first dose I took had absolutely no impact. I call to let them know and the CS rep's response was that the dosage might need adjusted and set an appointment with a Doc. As it turned out it was mis-scheduled because the rep did not understand Mountain Standard Time. All that happened was notices I missed the appointment. I call back and ask to speak with a supervisor. None there...will have to call me back. Ask to cancel any further shipments...done, but no refund for the two months already paid for. I'd stay far far away from thus outfit.

This is a terrible company, they hide their customer service number because that is how shady they are. If they ever fill your order, they definitely wont refund anything, do not use this company!!!

Medication is worthless. Absolutely no effect. Do not buy it, especially the liquid stuff that goes under the tongue. Waste of money. Also, they will not refund.
