Took my money then couldn't make an appointment couldn't get them to call or email me I just communicated by messages on their site after taking almost $900.00 only answer i got was no appointments available. I kept messaging them and filed a dispute at bank. Today I got message from taurus saying they will regund my money I'll believe it when I see it.

I have asked to be put on the do not call list 3 times. I can't block them because they call from a different number every time. They call sometimes 3-4 times a day. I have no idea how they got my number but they apparently ignore requests to be taken off their call list and are basically harassing me.

I came here to write about how terrible their intake process is, and how I have had to repeat this each time I visit their site. But instead I thought I’d point out that their spammy emails have a Trustpilot badge with a 4.6 “excellent” rating. Well that doesn’t seem to match up with the plethora of 1 star ratings I see here.

The website pricing is deceiving when paying. It tells you $149 a month on a monthly plan but that is untrue. It's actually $199 a month and they refuse to refund the $49 consulting fee even though I canceled in 20 minutes of the purchase and did not use any type of service from them as well as had my own lab results. They are seriously overpriced compared to the competition that offers the same service.

I would give this company a lower rating than 1 star if I could. Gigantic waste of time. All they will do is take your money and not provide a service. Portal for appt setting doesn't work. They scheduled me for consult and nobody showed up while said there were multiple CMA's available. Called the phone number while I was in the virtual waiting room and they said nobody was available. Fraudulent comapny. Run away from the company as fast as you can.
