I was told when ordering the medication that if it didn't work it was 100% refundable it didn't work I canceled it I was contacted by a member of Taurus told me that I was going to get my refund never got it called Taurus myself and was told no longer able to give refunds was on the phone waiting over 40 plus minutes

This company accepted my money told me I was approved both by email and a phone call. When I asked where my medicine was I was told I was not approved. It's been over 2 weeks trying to get my refund. They di not return emails nor answer their phone. I would not trust this comoany

Absolutely terrible company. They take your money instantly but the ad says you won't get billed until your prescriptions filled which is a lie now they're not giving me a refund. So stay as far away from this company as possible

This company does not have peoples best interest in mind. For 2.5 weeks now I tried to cancel said subscription which I didn’t want to begin with. I wanted to try the product. I was billed for a 2nd month and never refunded nor received product I didn’t want anyway so they’ve kept my $175 and cancelled subscription with seemingly no interest in refunding my money. They say I don’t qualify for a refund although no order was processed nor shipped. I simply can’t get a refund. DO NOT use this company!!!

This is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any company. I felt like I was trapped in a version of Jean Sartre's Hell. Their customer support is horrible. I signed up, got blood work done, had an initial consultation, paid nearly $900 for a prescription, and my prescription never came. I had to call the company three times over the course of 10 days to follow-up on my prescription, and each time was told that it would be delivered within 24-48 hours. It never came. Finally, on the fourth call, I was told that I would have to start over and do another consultation because the provider made a mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that no supervisor was available. They told me one would call me in 24-48 hours. That never happened. I tried calling back several more times requesting to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor never called me. Finally, three weeks after my consultation with their provider, I gave in and said that I would go through a second consultation. The representative told me that she had scheduled an appointment for me the next day at 9am. The next morning, I tried to have my consultation, but there was no appointment in my portal. I called the company again and was told that I did not have an appointment. I cancelled my subscription and requested a full refund. The representative I spoke to said they would put that through to "escalations," and it would take 24-48 hours to process my refund. They cannot even issue a refund in real-time, and I will now wait to see if they can honor their word on anything. Again, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The provider prescribed the wrong prescription, which customer support failed to identify for 10 days, and then the only answer this company could come up with was for me to re-do the consultation I had already had. And then they screwed up my follow-up appointment. If my review can prevent one other person from experiencing what I did, then it will have been worth it. UPDATE 3/28: I suspect that many of these reviews are fake. I have also been waiting nearly a week for my refund to process. My experience seems similar to one of the other reviewers -- I was approved for medication, charged, then the medication never came. I requested a refund and so far, no refund and no communication. We are talking close to $1,000. It should not take a week to process a refund, and I suspect I will be waiting much longer, if they ever issue a refund. I am calling this in to chargeback on my credit card.

It all starts out pretty great and then eventually everybody disappears and stops answering you and you cannot cancel the subscription and have to use your bank to make a fraud alert to stop payments. They are great at the marketing and initial set-up to get your money, than they forget about the original customers focusing on getting the new ones hooked. BEWARE!

An ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. If I could leave -100 stars I would. They took my money and then told me they could not get me an appointment in my state and then told me that due to their refund policy they are unable to refund my money. Their customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
