The first order they did amazing with commumication, letting me know when everything was complete and tracking info. That was January 2026. I didn't receive any comms from them after that, honestly forgetting I had the prescription. Fast forward to today, I realized I only had two doses left and went to check when my order would be filled. Come to find out they have been charging me every month for meds they are not sending. I checked emails to see if I missed something, none. I checked their my order page for each order, no tracking info. This company is nothing but a scam. Avoid at all costs. I would trust randomindianpharmacy.com before I use this service again. I have screen shots showing them charging me for 15 doses every 28 days, but only one order being shipped.

Completely incompetent and poorly organized company. Ordered the medication (was charged for it immediately). Eleven days later had not received it. when I asked about it, I was told I needed to speak to a physician before it would be sent - there was no communication to that effect. I asked to have my subscription canceled and my money refunded immediately. After four emails it has not been done. Supposedly the requests have been to a patient advocacy team to determine the next steps. What kind of bullshit nonsense is this? I highly recommend you do no business with this company. A terrible distressing experience.

FRAUD, utter, complete FRAUD They make you enter a cc# before you qualify, before they diagnose, before they discuss anything. I cancelled same day as they debited my account? I didnt complete any surveys, questionnaires, or meet any online physicians. They replied "we cancelled all future deliveries, however, we are still processing current delivery". This is 3 weeks after I declined n cancelled everything, reported to bank for refund etc. These people are fake

If I could give zero stars I would. Taurus is nothing but a scam. They told me I was not eligible for a refund the exact same day. But they didn’t have any problem taking my money out of my account immediately. They are a scam and all they want to do is take your money. I do not recommend this company know what I ever recommend them to anybody. They get you by telling you to pay first to start the process and then if things does not work or you’re not approved from their end, they will issue you a refund. They also say you have 72 hours to request a refund. Yeah, I requested my refund less than 24 hours later and has taken them over two weeks of emails for them to tell me I’m not eligible because I passed a 72 hour mark. But yet I have every email and phone call timestamp to prove that it was not over 72 hours. I wish this company goes out of business and I’ve already reported them and I wish more people report them.

Ordered medication. There was no statement made at the time of purchase that said the order and payment was not refundable. I answered the medical questions. They demanded an interview. I was uncomfortable with that and asked to cancel the order. They refused to refund my purchase price. Is this company a scam?

I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would strongly caution others before signing up. I was charged for a subscription renewal that I genuinely believed had already been canceled or paused. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately tried to contact support, but my calls were dropped multiple times, making it extremely difficult to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This alone made for a very poor customer service experience. What’s most concerning is that the company refused to issue a refund, even though the medication had not been shipped or fulfilled. Instead, they pointed to a strict 72-hour cancellation policy, without taking into account the actual circumstances. To make matters worse, my decision to sign up was influenced by information provided during a sales call that turned out to be inaccurate regarding how the medication could be used. That raises serious concerns about how the service is being presented to customers. Overall, this experience felt unfair and inflexible. Charging customers for unfulfilled orders and refusing to work toward a reasonable resolution is not how a company should treat its clients. I hope they take steps to improve both their customer service and their billing practices.

I canceled the order and refused it and they kept my money and didn't give me a refund. The better business bureau need to look into this scamming company and take them to court
