Total Scam***** Purchased online March 1, no shipments. Requested refund, "I did not qualify for a refund because the prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy". Charged my card a second time April 1, now for a total of $359 total. As of May 7, 2026 - nothing but automated answers from the "support team". Complete Scam - buyer beware

Worst experience I have had with any company. Do not do business with these people. They have no urgency and do not care about your well being. They just want your credit card and will not refund it even if they have done nothing for you but lose your blood tests.

So they advertise ed medications. Question you to approve your medications. Then switch from what you clearly agreed upon and substitutes a lesser product at same agreed upon price. Clearly a bait n switch game.

Good overall experience. The process was straightforward and the product met my expectations. There’s still room to improve communication and speed, but I appreciate the effort and would consider using them again.

This company is TERRIBLE! I signed up for a one time try of the product and they sent me monthly product without my approval. In addition, they sent ZERO communication that they were billing me or sending a shipment, ZERO COMMUNICATION via email, text or phone. Getting out of their supposed subscription is a pain as well. I had to block them for ETERNITY with American Express to stop them. WORST OF ALL, their product is mediocre at best. Truly inferior to other products of this nature for men. Don’t get sucked in by their ads, it’s TRULY an inferior product.

I buy it but never received

Overall pretty easy to navigate the website although trying to finding information on the various products can lead to accidently purchasing somethimg while simply trying to inquire about it.I contacted the support team immediately they initially seemed happy to help and then I was sent to the billing team support and then ended up getting 3 different replies from two different people. One asking which order I needed help with and another after responding and I was ultimately told nope to a refund because it doesn't matter that the site auto purchases things and even though in their ToS as long as it hasn't shipped they'll process a refund for you but i was told they are within their right not to provide any refunds and they'll be shipping the order out now. I only wanted a refund for the accidental order. No confirmation before they charge your card, no warning what so ever. Be careful what you click on on if you choose to use this provider and website, I also feel like they made canceling services slightly more annoying to make it so that people may forget to cancel or be too lazy to at the start since it requires emailing them. I won't be using any of their services any longer, to me they seem too desperate to keep money after the very brief interaction I've had with them. I highly do not recommend, there's a lot of others doing the same and are more reputable while also offering more information, transparency and genuine support and not click bait purchases.
