Worthless garbage ED meds. Didn't do anything at 4x the cost of 90 days of generic Cialis (tadalafil) from Costco. They also state on their website “Guaranteed results or it’s free. Get hard or your medication is 100% on us.” I contacted them today (July 2, 2026) and they claim they make no guarantee even though I can pull it up and see it directly on their website. STAY AWAY!

This place is a scam. Ordered 1 time. They signed me up for a prescription. Would not refund me

My experience is with customer service only, so far. I am still waiting to try the ED product that I ordered. I hope to be able to say great things once I’ve tried it. Customer service was able to provide excellent information and even corrected a mistake that I made in ordering making everything relatively easy and correct. This is the kind of service you hope to get when you do business for that I give them five stars. I ordered 4-1 ED meds to try. I paid. Sales actually called, offered a discount and was in the phone while I had to put my information in again. I was on one screen he was describing another next thing you know I end up ordering a growth hormone peptide. It took some time on the phone and some insistence, but they canceled the peptide and agreed to send the four in one. Somehow I still got the peptide and I never received the 4-1 then they ignored me. Don’t expect accuracy and don’t expect help.

I was charged for a product I didn't want nor could I use. I will be reporting your company for fraud and deceptive practices.

They take money out immediatly, then string you along until you finally just accept that you've been scammed. Filled out all the forms and questinaires on June 16th. They charged credit card on June 16th. Here it is June 28th and still no product. Each time I contact them, there is "another step" that has to be completed.

I am a patient but not for long I try to log into there app they have me as a different patient.I been out off my meds for a week and haven't herd nothing about seeing doctor or labs or my meds and when I finally got through they said I was all caught up and I haven't got any meds seen doctor labs nothing but can't reach them they email me back but they sure took my money out of my bank account I highly recommend another Trt treatment they are so un professional.Still no one word from them .

They wanted me to get lab work done (already had labs ready to send but they wouldn't accept it) that was outside of a 50-mile radius of my home or pay out of pocket to get them done. When I asked for a refund, they are stonewalling me and telling me they can't do anything for me. They are refusing to acknowledge that it would be a great inconvenience for me to deal with them and decided to legally steal my money.

I do not recommend buying from this company. Their checkout process is unclear and misleading. After paying, I was left without a clear understanding of what had been approved, what still needed to be completed, or how to actually receive the medication. Customer service has been terrible. They gave me instructions that did not work, told me to wait for follow-up, and still failed to provide the required medical form or a real solution. At the same time, they keep pointing to a no-refund policy while I have not received the product I paid for. In my experience, this company takes payment before providing a clear process, then leaves the customer struggling to fix the problem. I would not buy from them again and I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
