Money grab and far from endocrinology. I've been on trt for over a decade. Wanted to try and online provider. This place is not it. If you are "out of range", that is all they understand. Spent $149 for 2 blood tests and to be told to stop my current protocol. Plummeted within 30 days to almost unbelievable, extremely low results. They didn't adjust my protocol, just stop it altogether. If your looking for knowledgeable ppl who understand more than reading a lab test number, look elsewhere!!

I have not received my prescriptions. I want a refund on my money. I’m going to my bank today.

These guys suck. No communication. The only time they called me was to get me to subscribe. Then your locked in for a year. I can't even make an appointment. I feel like I've been cheated. Go somewhere else.

Hacked not me

Had questions after signing up about medication because I notoce one of the medications was dif MG than what we had discussed. Also it wasnt explained to me I was signing up for monthly subscription which I didn't mind but had questions about this. Initial call went well and I was finished with that call around noon. I tried calling for clarification and was on hold and passed around person to person until 230ish. That's no way to conduct customer service after the sale. I will never try Taurus again and tell anyone and everyone to go a dif route for testosterone treatment. I recommend RO to them like I now use. One hour start to finish had apt scheduled for testing started first injection today.

Be very careful with taurus med. They have auto select on a lot of their peptides and other secondary medications, for whatever primary med you purchase. These secondary "recommended option" are auto selected for purchase. If you aren't paying careful attention, have to refresh the page, or the page freezes and you refresh (after removing auto selected peptides), it will re-auto select again the meds you unselected. And then charge you for every secondary med regardless of if you wanted it. I have never filled out the medication request forms. I have talked to patient support 4x, billing support reps 2x, the medical providers, and the company continues to say that i don't qualify for a refund even though I called immediately (15min after order was accidentally placed) and told them of the mistake, followed their guidelines to request the refund over the phone, spoke with their doctors about the refund ( who also submitted the refund request internally (FYI you also cant request a refund or cancel an order once placed)...and taurusmed will fight with you nicely and continue to refuse to refund you. I have spent 10 days on this issue at this point. Itll be easier to just contact your bank and request the refund. Save the hassle and go somewhere else. I gave them 1 star because this feels very fraudy and very much like slamming customers for peptides and other services you never wanted. And this all before ever recieving any of the meds I actually ordered. Which I dont want any more. ******** Still not refunded after 3 weeks. No medications recieved. No pharmacy recognizes their company name or ordered product. If I could I'd give it -5 stars. They are thieves.

Ordered semorelin, was charged twice then another charge for nadplus which I never ordered . They tell me they can not refund 169 dollars to my card once ordered. Has not shipped yet let alone have they given me a medical review yet.
