Great product, fast delivery, good people
I've been ordering from Taunton Bay for years and have always had a great experience. They ship very quickly (I usually receive my order in 2 days, 3 at most), and their herbs are much better quality than I can find locally. A while back (just after the website change) I had some trouble accessing my account, and they responded immediately and fixed the problem. I will definitely continue supporting them!

Great quality
Great products. I’ve been buying Kratom for years and am very sad I won’t be able to continue shopping here because of an emergency ban in my state (MA). I hope to be able to purchase from you again in the future
Response from Taunton Bay Soap CompanySep 15, 2026
I'm so sorry about the emergency ban in MA! We sent our dissent to the proposed ban and expected them to listen to our community, to their constituents. You all deserved better. We hope it remains a temporary ban, and once it lifts, we'll celebrate with you. In the meantime, if there's anything we can do, please reach out. Thank you for sending in a review of our products & take care, friend :-) - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
