I have never been disappointed with the product or the staff. If I have a question or a concern, the staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I love the promotions whether it’s free shipping or a discount on items. It’s always delightful to see when I open the package that I have received exactly what I ordered. The turn around from when I order to when I receive it it’s just a couple days. I love Taunton Bay Soap Company and could never say enough wonderful things about them.

It is very easy to order and the product comes within a couple of days. I have been using Taunton Bay for about 16 years. In 2009 I used kratom to wean myself off of methadone. After several companies I found Taunton Bay and the product was superior over all the others. I now use it for pain (red maeng da) and energy ( green maeng da) when I need to. I would recommend for anyone fighting opiod addiction or severe pain.

Not sure how I feel about the prices or the shipping. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive. And it was put in a light bag that could have easily ripped, due to me living in alaska and these packages having to go on charter planes, etc.
Response from Taunton Bay Soap CompanyOct 5, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the shipping delay - FedEx is normally very quick, even on trips to Alaska (3-4 days are the average) and I looked into your most recent order, I'm not sure why it was delayed. I will definitely relay your very valid concern about the shipment packaging to our shipping department, though. As for the price change - we didn't want to increase our prices, and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The general price of doing business has risen in many industries as of late, but small businesses in the kratom community are especially struggling with this right now for many reasons. Not only due to the rising of general operating costs, but the loss of revenue from states that have banned kratom this past year, and the new restrictions & expensive registry requirements several states implemented since the Spring/Summer of 2026. In order to continue serving the community, stay open, and provide jobs in our rural area, we needed to raise the prices recently. Our co-owners have both stated that this is the last expected price increase for some time, hopefully we don't need to change it again ever, or it can come down again - which we have done historically whenever we are able. Again, I'm very sorry for your recent experience and the abrupt changes. Please let us know if there's anything we can do and we hope to serve you again soon. - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
