Not sure how I feel about the prices or…
Not sure how I feel about the prices or the shipping. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive. And it was put in a light bag that could have easily ripped, due to me living in alaska and these packages having to go on charter planes, etc.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delay - FedEx is normally very quick, even on trips to Alaska (3-4 days are the average) and I looked into your most recent order, I'm not sure why it was delayed. I will definitely relay your very valid concern about the shipment packaging to our shipping department, though. As for the price change - we didn't want to increase our prices, and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The general price of doing business has risen in many industries as of late, but small businesses in the kratom community are especially struggling with this right now for many reasons. Not only due to the rising of general operating costs, but the loss of revenue from states that have banned kratom this past year, and the new restrictions & expensive registry requirements several states implemented since the Spring/Summer of 2026. In order to continue serving the community, stay open, and provide jobs in our rural area, we needed to raise the prices recently. Our co-owners have both stated that this is the last expected price increase for some time, hopefully we don't need to change it again ever, or it can come down again - which we have done historically whenever we are able. Again, I'm very sorry for your recent experience and the abrupt changes. Please let us know if there's anything we can do and we hope to serve you again soon. - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
