I bought the numbing cream and spray combo to help me sit through an entire shoulder blade to rib to butt check tattoo. First round was a 3hr outline. I am impressed. I put it on exactly as the instructions said and it was a pleasant experience. There were a few spots on my hip where the cream was applied lighter because of sitting in the car on the way to the appointment, but it was still tolerable. Most of the tattoo I felt absolutely no pain. About 2 hours in we used the spray and I was able to finish out the last hour no problem. Definitely not 100% pain free, but still 70% pain free. I will definitely be buying more for the next few sessions. Shoot, I never want to get tattooed without this product ever again.

I paid almost as much for shipping to get this product on time. The package arrived damaged and the contents spilled all over the package. I wrote a negative review and received the following response which I found was alarming. We are sorry your package was damaged during shipping and we strive to make things right. If you change your review to 5 star we would be happy to either resend your order or offer you a 100% full refund. My business and money go to companies who value honesty and good products. I will not do business with this company in the future, as my reviews will maintain their integrity and will not be bought.

Order the number and cream combo pack, it came in a ripped envelope three weeks after they said it would arrive here, I spoke with customer service on three separate occasions they told me they were out of product. Didn’t have a shipping timeline yet would not give me a refund. I miss my tattoo appointment with the numbing cream. Had to go through the whole appointment with no numbing cream whatsoever. Worst company ever also product looks very generic like they use third-party packaging from China. I don’t even know if I would trust what’s actually in there .

15 years ago Fibromyalgia took over my Entire life. The next tattoo I got was Excruciating and couldn’t finish. I thought my ink days were over until…I got my hands on this numbing cream. I have been able to get A Lot of ink. Sitting for 4-5 hours at a time. Literally The Best Thing invented since the 💡. Apply it correctly and it is FABULOUS

Both the product and customer service are beyond any other product I have experienced in the market. The cream works every time and when you are trying to get through those extra tough spots on a body suit, you understand how important that is. I have had Junior and his team be willing to rush deliveries for me, and they answer every email I send. You are missing out if you are not using this product.

I use the numbing cream for micro needling on my face. When I first opened the package, I was shocked! The tube was so tiny. I thought it was impossible for it to cover the area I needed it to. Thankfully, I was wrong. I wish I could send a picture of how much is still left in that tube. Clearly half. I applied it, put saran wrap over my face, and waited an hour. I needed it to last at least an hour, and it lasted two. The only downside to this experience is the delivery time. It’s appalling. It took almost a month for it to arrive. That is unacceptable when you are needing this soon, if not immediately. Now that I know how long it takes, I will order accordingly.

Wish I got to leave a honest review but got my package 2 months after my tattoo, glad I went without the numbing cream.
