Best numbing cream

I never got my product from this company & they won’t give me a refund. They send repeated emails from AI but no human contact at all. Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. is a scam!!! Don’t fall for it!

Have been waiting over 20 days for my order. No response on website or email. Highly recommend not using this company.

I’ve been very happy with the tattoo numbing cream and miracle numbing spray . It truly works for all my tattoo sessions, especially my longer sessions . The only product I wasn’t happy with so far was the tattoo numbing cream bar of soap. For the price it was very small and didn’t last long. It also wasn’t the best cleansing bar for my last fresh tattoo. Overall the numbing products and long term products for my existing tattoos are the most excellent and would highly recommend to everyone I know.

Love this numb cream we swear by it. Gob it wrap it and leave it on for two hours and it’s better than prescription and that’s what all our clients say as well.

Extremely disappointed with this company and its customer service. Since June 4, 2026, I have been trying to resolve a refund issue that should have been simple. Somehow, my order was placed as a “monthly subscription,” even though I NEVER requested or authorized a subscription. As soon as I noticed another tattoo numbing cream being processed and shipped, I immediately contacted the company to cancel it and request a refund. The company told me they could not stop the shipment but promised me a FULL REFUND once I returned the product. I followed their instructions and returned the package on June 12, 2026. The company received the returned product, yet I STILL have not received my full refund. Their communication has been extremely poor—slow, inconsistent, and frustrating. I have repeatedly had to contact them for updates and answers. Their own policy states that unsatisfied customers can receive a full refund, yet despite returning the product as instructed, I am still waiting for the money they promised to return. I did not authorize a monthly subscription, I returned the product, and the company received it. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for a refund they already promised. This has been an unacceptable experience and extremely poor customer service. I strongly encourage potential customers to carefully review their orders and subscription terms before purchasing.

When I was placing my order I checked the expected delivery time and saw it should arrive before my appointment for my tattoo. Because there was a long delay in the actual shipping it was not going to arrive on time anymore and I reached out requesting a cancellation and refund. I was told there was a delay in shipping due to low product stock and that if I waited I would get a soap with the cream. I decided to wait and bought a different product for my upcoming session. Once the tattoo numbing cream arrived, after my tattoo appointment by the way, the promised soap was not included.
