Ordered Sept 28, 2026 and its already Oct 16,2026 and I haven't recieve my order yet and I end up postponing my tattoo appointment. Dont recommend them.

It sadly did not work AT ALL to me. Even if I followed the instructions, the tattoo was not painless in the slightest. Very sad to have paid for something that did not do nothing at all.

I ordered some a little bit ago. Got like 8 tubes of it…. Used it the first time and it kinda worked. Didn’t work long but it still helped. So I got another tattoo last week & I did everything I’m suppose to do. I drank a ton of water the night before to help hydrate my skin. Took a hot shower before to help open the pours out a nice layer of it on. Wrapped it up for more than an hour before my tattoo. Absolutely nothing. It didn’t work at all this time. I’ve used this stuff before and it WAS great. Idk if they changed up how it’s made but it’s not working..

Absolutely horrendous customer service, owner takes absolutely NO accountability for ANYTHING and will continue to gaslight you if the product didn't work for you with absolutely bizarre comments, see for yourself, any negative reviews the owner deflects, denies and gaslights the customer. Absolutely despicable as a business owner. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR 2 REASONS - PRODUCT DID NOT LAST LONG WHATSOEVER 1-1.5hrs AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DIABOLICAL

Product works great. However they let me order something that was not in stock and I messaged them after two weeks of nothing showing up and then they told me it’s because they didn’t have it in stock and would send it once they get it in stock. Then on top of that some how they signed me up to have a repeating order. I never signed up for that. This was on top of me literally trying to cancel my order. Messaged them after the second order got charged and they said if I canceled the second order that they would have to go and charge me more for the first order because they gave me a discount since I got two orders. None of it made since.

After looking at the website and seeing shipping times, i placed my order, 2.5 weeks before my appointment date thinking it would arrive way before that. After about a week with no contact, i reached out and got zero response. Tried twice more and finally on the 3rd try, 10 days later I was told there was a delay because my product was still in customs. I voiced my frustration and was told my product would be there in the next couple days and def before my appointment. It wasn't. Again and again I reached out and was lied to, and given excuse after excuse. Then I started receiving texts and emails asking me to buy more and that they were having a big sale, which made me even more mad cause how were they going to ask me to buy more, have a sale and get others to buy more when they couldn't even fulfill the first order i made. I voiced how dishonest that was to their customers and they could of cared less. They said they would give me 10% off the next order i made for my troubles. This company is a absolute joke, stay FAR.. FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!

I never got my product from this company & they won’t give me a refund. They send repeated emails from AI but no human contact at all. Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. is a scam!!! Don’t fall for it!

Have been waiting over 20 days for my order. No response on website or email. Highly recommend not using this company.
