I love the t-shirt and the hoodie I ordered from tatize. I get compliments every time I wear it

I bought a shirt, hoodie & boots. All took awhile to show up and showed up separately. The hoodie n sweatshirt were okay. The shirt though is so poorly shaped I absolutely can not wear it cuz it looks stupid as heck. I emailed asking to return it and first my emails kept getting bounced back to me. When I finally was able to send an email, their respones was they won't accept the return. I look at their policy and found NOTHING saying they couldn't take back a poorly made shirt. They claim it's standard size, but it literally looks like my chest has wings when I wear it. I'm trying to get my money back now. I'm reporting them to the FTC and any other agencies I can. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Honestly who doesn't take a shirt back? There was no final sale or no returns prompt when I bought the stuff, or I never would have.

Tatize is totally legit! I had a great experience shopping here. I ordered 2 rompers and a shirt from Tatize and they're all made so nicely and delivered pretty quick. I love my rompers so much so I shot a feedback video and sent it to their facebook page which is Shirt Public. They politely asked me to allow them post my video into their instagram account shirtpublic.tatize and I'm happy with it ofc. Totally satisfied with the product and customer service and would definitely order again. Also, they asked me to write this review in Trustpilot so I'm doing it right now and I'm pretty surprised when seeing a few reviews saying that they haven't received their orders. I believe that if you can't contact them via email then you should message their facebook or DM their instagram as I did. I hope this help.

The quality of my shirt is amazing. Sizes are a little small as far as the length goes. Very satisfied though

The order was little over a month to receive and no info but my shoes came in and they are great they are halve size too big which I was hoping for

I do not even want to give them any star, I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of shoes in March money was immediately taken out of my account and today is May 22nd, no shoes, no response.

I order a pair of shoes on April 9th they took the money out of my account. I got my bank statement it, But where are my shoes this site is so fake it is unreal how many people they have scammed. I called the Better Business Bureau on them And they told me to tell all my friends and family to stay away from sites like these fake one where the Phone number doesn't even work.
